RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development by generating and converting business leads.

Using prospecting, socialising and networking activities to generate and manage client base.

Arrange for site visits for the prospects and accompany them along with providing information about location and project.

Be informed and keeping the clients informed about the latest updates about concerned projects, developer, location & city.

Support marketing team with providing market pulse and user behaviour on regular intervals.

Empanelling & creating a loyal broker base by regular meetings and follow ups.

Training and developing the empanelled brokers further to generate business from them.

Submitting the daily work report to immediate supervisor.

Ensuring a positive feedback from clients and prospects post interaction.

MUST HAVES:

Minimum Qualification, Graduate in any professional stream.

Sales Experience, preferably in FMCG, Retail, Real estate & Hospitality industry.

Good presentation and communication skills.

Great selling skills & persuasive power.

Microsoft Excel know-how.

Brief description:

The position of Tele-Caller (outbound telemarketing & sales) consists of using cold calling techniques on prospects and persuading potential customers to purchase a product or service.

Responsibilities:

Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.

Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for services.

Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product.

Fix up meetings with prospects for the sales team and maintain a record of the same.

Follow sales scripts and probe to better target the needs and interests of a client.

Maintain call logs and reporting details regarding calls.

Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into the MIS.

Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations.

Must Haves:

Minimum 12th passed or Graduate (Any Specialization).

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Insurance Prefered).

Great selling skills and persuasive power.

Microsoft Excel know-how.
