- Dutch Pension Fund Manager to make another investment in Indian Real Estate
Godrej properties stated that APG Asset Management NV is leading a $275million investment in the Indian Realty Sector which will be managed by Godrej Properties. The Dutch pension fund manager already manages $450 billion in assets.Managing Director of Godrej Properties, Pirojsha Godrej said that the funds will be used to build residential properties in major Indian cities.
